It introduces our digital learning and media services. It contains illustrative learning examples and a project brief form. Browsing, trying an exercise, downloading a brief, or submitting an enquiry does not place an order, reserve services, or create a paid engagement.
Project agreements
The contracting parties, scope, fees, schedule, delivery platform, accessibility requirements, review process, licensing, and ownership of deliverables must be agreed separately in writing before a project begins.
Examples and outcomes
The scenarios on this site demonstrate an approach to learning design. They are not client case studies, professional advice, accredited training, or promises of a particular business or learning outcome.
Content and intellectual property
Please respect rights in the website’s text, design, code, and artwork. The abstract paper artwork is an illustration. Client-supplied materials and project deliverables would be governed by the permissions and terms of a separate project agreement.
Project enquiries and email
You are responsible for the accuracy of your email and brief and for your right to share the material. Use an address you control. Sending the form provides DLM with your brief and consent to respond about the enquiry, a requested proposal, and the related project. It is not consent to marketing campaigns. A successful form response confirms acceptance by our email service, not a booking, contract, or guarantee of inbox delivery. Please do not submit sensitive information, unsolicited advertising, or abusive requests. Downloading a copy alone does not submit the form.
Availability and applicable rights
Website content may be updated, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any future service agreement should identify the legal parties and applicable terms.
